Portsmouth cant play in Europe

Portsmouth cant play in Europe

Even if Portsmouth qualify for Europe by winning, or reaching the FA cup final then they wont be able to compete in Europe next season. They have not applied for a Uefa club licence and this means they cant play in Europe. Whoever made this mistake must feel a right idiot now

What happens then?...if they win fa cup do runners up get their spot if they have not qualified through league?

Maybe rangers admin department have been forgetful too, lol
