This week, Krys is joined by one and a half Johns as our host has connection issues. Hopefully that doesn’t spoil your enjoyment of this week’s discussion though.
We start off with a look back at the first legs of the second qualifying rounds for our four European representatives. Still no defeats, with all four teams still in with a good chance of making into to the third qualifying round. We discuss the various prospects and chances of the teams doing just that.
Following that chat, we look at the League Cup second round draw following the weekend’s conclusion of the group stages, and pay particular interest to the fortunes of Hearts given the oddity of the punishment last week.
Both the League Cup and the opening day league fixtures seem to have Rangers away from home in the stand out tie, and we discuss both sets of fixtures as well as a look at all our predictions for the coming season. You can read the full list of predictions on the SFF website.
Predictions are back again this season, so feel free to join in the fun and laugh at how wrong we get them. We’ll be sure to point out when we get them right of course! No McBookie charity bet this season sadly, though there may be more news on that in the coming weeks.
